Age and a lack of sun exposure are key causes of Vitamin D3 deficiency, which can lead to various skin conditions. Mark and Debbie Malmros experienced these challenges as a result of aging, combined with two decades living in Vermont, where they often found themselves stuck inside while braving extreme winter weather. After trying various cream, balms and other treatments for his Psoriasis, Mark took the kitchen seeking to create something that would soothe his damaged skin. Combining and refining a formulation of beeswax, lanolin, sunflower out and Vitamin D3, Mount Balm was born. Friends and family quickly grew to understand the benefits of this unique product, using it regularly and telling their friends about it. Mount Balm was born.
